Engaging with this website, sending messages, or receiving responses does not establish a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is formed only after an appointment is scheduled and the required consent forms are completed.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, crisis, or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Online therapy is not suitable for emergency situations.

Mindful Selves provides online CBT-based psychotherapy services to support emotional wellbeing. While we aim to offer high-quality, evidence-based care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as progress varies by individual.

By using this website and our services, you acknowledge and agree to our policies, including our refund, cancellation, and privacy policies.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

At Mindful Selves, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to offer a fair refund policy for our clients. Please review the following terms:

 

1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment with no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. A full refund will be provided, or the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

 

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost will be charged. The remaining balance can be refunded or applied to a future session.

 

3. Missed Appointments: If a client misses a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances: We recognize that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund.

 

5. Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on our end, we will offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost or a full refund.
